In the Dream Lodge your wisdom emerges from the realm of quiet contemplation…

The fundamental truth is that we all need each other whether we feel we have the time to explore that truth or not. In Native cultures, women lodged together for creative expression, to educate, to exchange feelings and ideas, and to keep themselves in spiritual and cyclical synch. In the Dream Lodge we enhance our inner knowing, elevate our energy, and stretch the limits of our supple courage through guided meditation, movements and “soul psychology.” When our feminine energy is on with our minds engaged we know it in every cell of our being. There are also times in our lives when we need to look at life in a different light; to reinvigorate our inner intelligence and spirituality through self-exploration. While in the Dream Lodge we examine our personal triumphs and challenges in a private, caring setting in the company of women who offer us unconditional support.

Dream Lodge: Self- Reflection and Recapitulation
We offer exercises and processes to clear the mental and emotional bodies, to break down unproductive patterns and energize our power of reflection, direction and action. We constructively deal with the past to clear emotional scars, negative images, self-defeating thoughts and/or traumas that cloud one’s vision of self-love and true identity.

Dream Lodge: Balancing Feminine Energy
We enhance the female energy channels through movement, meditation, some Tantra, and a lot of breathing.

Dream Lodge: And Then There’s Love…
We examine intimacy and love cycles to discover how self-love radiates to attract honest and sustaining relationships in all of our areas of life. Our goal is to give and receive love fully without attachment, and to develop an unconditional approach to caring for others.
